These blade are designed to clip on and have an adjuster lever built in giving an adjustment of 0.7 - 3mm. The top blade is stainless steel and the bottom is chrome plated. The 1854-7372 has the spring exposed, pressing on the cam follower allows the blade to open up to make cleaning easy. These blades are classed as disposable and cannot be sharpened.
