The Sprenger Dynamic RS range are designed with ergonomically designed mouthpieces to be particuarly gentle on the mouth. They are designed to lie correctly between the tongue and palate, without exerting pressure on sensitive areas of the horse's mouth. The effect of the patented, ergonomic shape is a more targeted and clear rein aid; the pressure generated by the rein aid is distributed over the tongue which acts as a cushion in the mouth, providing a gentle action.
The Sprenger Dynamic RS Double Jointed Eggbutt Snaffle is designed with a central link/joint which is angled forwards by 45°, allowing a soft and even distribution of pressure across the tongue. This bit lies steady in the horse's mouth and is gentle on the corners of the lips, whilst supporting sideways acting rein aids.
Ideal for sensitive horses or horses with a fleshy tongue, these bits provide a confident contact and are designed to encourage the horse to confidently step forwards to the bit and take a consistent feel.
