The bradoon is slightly thinner and lighter than a normal snaffle to allow room in the mouth for two bits.
Works in the same way as a snaffle, placing pressure on the lips, tongue, and the bars of the mouth.
The eggbutt style reduces the chance of pinching the sides of the mouth when compared to a loose ring bradoon.
